The employees of the Soloviev Institute of Sales and Purchase Management, State University – Higher School of Economics share the results of a monitoring of placing the orders by means of running open-bid auctions in the form of electronic trading in accordance to part 3.1 of the Federal Law 94-FL. The mentioned monitoring covers the period from the second half-year of 2009 till the first quarter of 2010. As an object of the research there were chosen three active federal trade electronic marketplaces that place the orders by means of open-bid auctions in the form of electronic trading:
http://zakazrf.ru/ – electronic marketplace of the state unitary enterprise “Agency of the State Procurement, Investment Activities and Inter-Regional Relations of Republic of Tatarstan” (for short: Electronic Marketplace of Tatarstan);
http://roseltorg.ru/ – electronic marketplace of the public corporation “Single Electronic Trading Platform” (for short: Electronic Marketplace of Moscow);
http://sberbank-ast.ru/ – marketplace of the close corporation “Sberbank – Automatic System of Trading”, Sberbank-AST (for short: Electronic Marketplace of Sberbank).
